I am a licensed psychotherapist with a focus

in eating disorders.  After achieving my

bachelors degree in psychology, I attained

my masters degree in social work and now

am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

I have spent 16 years working with a wide

range of clients including children,

adolescents, adults, families and seniors in

a variety of therapeutic settings.

I currently specialize in providing therapy to women and adolescent girls with eating disorders,  body image and self esteem issues in the San Francisco Bay Area with my offices in Pacifica and Half Moon Bay.  I have obtained specialized trainings in group therapy with eating disorders, expressive arts and eating disorders, medical and physiological aspects of eating disorders, yoga as an adjunct to treating eating disorders, and recently attended a four day seminar through the Ben Franklin Institute, entitled Clinical Recipes for Success, where I obtained knowledge about the most up to date and effective methods available in the treatment of eating disorders.
